Separate agreements

If you become a client under a written services agreement, statement of work, or master services agreement, that contract may include additional or more specific terms about how we handle your business systems and data. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this policy, the agreement controls for covered services.

Information you provide

• Name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content when you submit a form
• Details you share during phone calls, SMS/text messages, or email correspondence
• Service needs, location or city information, and other context you choose to provide when requesting help
• Billing and payment information when you purchase services (processed through our payment providers)

Information collected automatically

• Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, operating system, and general location derived from IP
• Pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, and other usage data on our website
• Dates and times of visits, session duration, and interactions with site features (such as phone, email, or service search actions)
• Cookies and similar technologies described in the Cookies & analytics section below

Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from service partners that help us operate our business—for example, form delivery providers, analytics platforms, advertising partners, or payment processors—when you interact with our website or services through those systems.

Tools we use

• Google Analytics (GA4) — measures website traffic, engagement, and conversion events such as phone clicks and form submissions
• Google Tag Manager — manages analytics and marketing tags on our site
• Google Ads — may receive conversion and remarketing data when you interact with our advertising; Google Ads auto-tagging may append identifiers to landing URLs
• Formspree — processes form submissions you send through our contact and inquiry forms

After Hours IT does not sell personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising tools may involve “sharing” as defined under California law. You may limit ad personalization through Google’s ad settings or by contacting us.
